What August Taught Me: Momentum, Money, and Showing the F*Up
If August had a theme, it was this:
"Keep showing the f up — even when it’s hard."*
And babe, there were moments this month where I had to remind myself of that daily.
Some days I was in full CEO mode — on calls, recording content, mentoring women, and feeling unstoppable.
Other days, I was the woman staring at her laptop thinking, “How am I going to make this all work?”
But here’s what I know now: Momentum doesn’t come from motivation. It comes from movement.
Here’s what I celebrated in August:
Women joining me in building multiple streams of income
Clients launching their brands with confidence
Download sales hitting new highs
Podcast listens + guest inquiries climbing
New merch orders (yes, the Bougie AF collection is still giving life)
But beyond the numbers, I’m proud of the energy I kept — and the power I reclaimed by choosing to go ALL IN on my brand… again.
So here’s my challenge to you as we close the month:
What are you still putting off?
What income stream could change your life in 90 days?
Who are you waiting for permission from?
Stop waiting.
You’ve got four months left in this year — and that’s more than enough time to shift your income, elevate your brand, and reclaim your power.
